Put a Tex-Mex twist on your next backyard hangout. This dog is slathered in Secret Aardvark’s Serrabanero Green Hot Sauce mixed with mayo. Packs just enough habanero/serrano pepper kick. Top it with Monterey Jack cheese, roasted corn, salsa, jalapeños, and Frito corn chips…and serve it with a cold beer straight from the cooler.

½ cup fire-roasted corn  

½ cup of salsa 

½ cup mayonnaise  

2 tbsp Secret Aardvark Serrabanero Green Hot Sauce 

Monterey jack cheese, shredded  

2 jalapenos  

Cilantro (optional) 

Frito corn chips (optional) 


Mix the roasted corn and salsa together.  

Combine Aardvark Serrabanero Green Hot Sauce and mayo to create the bun spread.  

Preheat grill to high. Grill hot dogs until cooked through. Cut jalapeno in half and grill while toasting the bun lightly.  

Spread Serrano-mayo on both sides of bun. Place grilled hot dog on bun, add the grilled jalapeno.

Top with corn salsa, Monterey jack cheese, cilantro, and Frito chips!
