I’ve been a disciple of The Aardvark for years. Before Secret Aardvark I never thought that I’d find a green sauce that I’d enjoy. The Aardvark Serrabanero goes great on fish, chicken, dang near anything I put it on. Unlike the Habanero Hot, this one is more subtle and I tend to use it more on things where I’m not intent on rescuing my taste buds. This is a great flavor enhancer where Habanero Hot is a flavor supplier.
I gave up on Amazon a while ago, TBH I prefer order direct because I believe it’s a fresher supplier. I buy in case loads because I ALWAYS have a bottle at work and a bottle at home; and this stuff goes quick. I might O.D. on it if I’m not careful! If you respect flavor in your food as much as heat, do what I do; buy a case. Trust me, 12 bottles go quicker than you think; and if you ask me, you know you’ll be back for more… So just save the shipping and buy in bulk!

always wanted to try secret AARDVARK and BOY am i happy i did! this has to be their best sauce for ANY hot sauce lover! I always stuck with my go to tapatio but DANG am I happy I branched out and found this sauce! has to be my favorite of all time and cant wait to try them all!

I really wanted to love this. Heat level was perfect, and I love green sauces but there was some spice that they used that was supposed to be in the background and its all I could taste. I think it was thyme but I don’t see that on the ingredients list. Maybe it was the basil. Anyway, I’ll stick to the OG version for now.

I received my first bottle of this sauce as a stocking stuffer from my daughter this past Christmas. It’s definitely a keeper. I like my hot sauces to have real flavor that’s not overwhelmed by the heat and so hot that the sauce overwhelms the taste and enjoyment of the food it’s supposed to be enhancing. This sauce fits that bill. I predict that it will go well with a wide variety of foods.

This is a delicious green hot sauce that really is more ‘in between’ a hot sauce and a condiment or topping. The flavor is fantastic combining the serrano (prominent in my opinion) with a little more heat of habanero, but with a slight sweetness to offset the heat. This is NOT a super hot sauce but a good all around sauce good for use on vegetables, meats, eggs. I will personally buy this one again (and the red Aardvark habanero one as well)!

I love the regular flavor, so I bought a multi pack that includes the green one. It is spicy but it’s not going to bring you to tears or anything. It has a very unique flavor and it’s best on tacos or burritos. You can also use it on pizza. This has become my favorite over all of the other flavors. Give it a shot!

Loved this one!!! I’m a hot sauce connoisseur. I love the heat and the flavor but never too much heat and no flavor. This hot sauce has a great balance. I consider it to be very flavorful and mildly hot. A great one for people who want a touch of heat
