In old-timey Argentina, the gauchos (aka cowboys) used this sauce to flavor grilled meats. It’s also a great dipping sauce or salad dressing. Gotta love the bright, tangy goodness of wine vinegar, garlic, and fresh, seasonal herbs. Add some Serrabanero, and you’ve got a versatile sauce with a serious kick.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

2 large ripe avocados (peeled and cut into pieces)

1 small onion (chopped)

½ green pepper (chopped)

2 garlic cloves (crushed)

½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

¼ cup wine vinegar

1 tablespoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1-2 tablespoons Serrabanero Green Hot Sauce

¼ cup avocado oil
