½ head of cabbage
½ cup mayonnaise
1-2 Tbsp sweet mustard
4 hot links
4 hot dog buns
Thinly slice the cabbage for the slaw.
In a medium size bowl, mix together sliced cabbage, mayonnaise, sweet mustard, and Reaper sauce. Taste and adjust mayo & hot sauce to taste.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Grill the hot links.
Prepare your hot dog bun with mayo or any condiment you prefer. Place grilled hot link on bun and scoop a generous heap of Reaper slaw onto dog.
