Was perusing the hot sauce assortment at my local grocer recently and to my surprise I discovered what appeared to be three new flavors of Aardvark. Having always shied away from anything “Reaper” due to their rightful place at the top of the Scoville charts I hesitated in choosing this one, but wow I am so happy I threw this one into my cart. Is it hot? Yes. Much hotter than the classic Aardvark I know and love. Does it explode with flavor and ignite my tastebuds? Also yes. I am honestly perplexed at just how much flavor can be packed into a single drop of this stuff which is all you need to use for each bite. This Aardvark Reaper has been catapulted to the very top of my all-time favorite hot sauces after just one taste.

This is the best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted? it’s got really good heat, a great smoky flavor, nice Thick sauce, I think this will be the only hot sauce i will ever eat again
