Habanero Seattle Dog
Peppers, onions…and BACON. ON A HOT DOG. That’s right, we said it, we did it, and now you should, too. This recipe was inspired by those sublime food cart dogs you’ll find on the streets of Seattle, somewhere crazy, probably, and in the middle of the night. Add a little fire by way of our O.G. Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce and wrap your mouth around what’s sure to be a new summertime favorite.

Ingredients
¼ cup butter
1 sweet onion (thinly sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
4 oz whipped cream cheese
4 strips of bacon
2 Tbsp of Secret Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce
4 hot dogs
4 hoagie rolls or hot dog buns
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell pepper, cook slowly until they have softened and turned deep brown, about 15 minutes.
Cook bacon to desired level of crispiness.
Mix whipped cream cheese with Aardvark Habanero sauce. You can warm the cream cheese if needed.
Grill hot dogs until well browned. Lightly grill hoagie roll or bun on both sides.
Spread HAB-infused cream cheese on toasted bun, add hot dog, top with caramelized onions and crispy bacon.
