- 1 15-oz can chickpeas
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup Drunken Jerk Jamaican Marinade
- Salt to taste
In a food processor, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon slices before serving.
