Our Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce makes for a mouth-watering beef marinade.



In a shallow glass or plastic dish or resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix beef, onions, and zucchini and 1/3 cup of the Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce. Cover dish or seal bag; refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to marinate, stirring occasionally.

Heat gas or charcoal grill. Drain steak and vegetables; discard marinade. If using wood skewers soak them for an hour.  Thread steak alternately with onion, zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Brush with remaining Garlic Black Bean Sauce.

Place kabobs on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook about 15 minutes or until beef is no longer pink in center and vegetables are tender.
