Bust out the brats! This drool-worthy Bratwurst recipe combines Smoky Aardvark Chipotle-Hab Sauce and some dark lager for a beer-simmered bell pepper-and-onion topping that’s a little bit German and a little bit rock ‘n roll. Tuck a fire-roasted sausage into a toasty bun, and heap it on! Goes great with a side of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

1 Green/yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 Sweet onion
1 bottle dark lager beer
4 Hot dog buns
Mayo & mustard (optional)
Slice bell pepper and onion. Add to aluminum pan and mix lager and Smoky with veggies.
Place pan on grill and cook for about 20 minutes, until tender.
Grill the Brats and lightly toast bun.
Prepare your hot dog bun with mayo and mustard or any condiment you prefer.
Place grilled brat on bun and scoop a generous heap slow cooked veggie mix on top. Top with more Smoky and enjoy!
