Savory Habanero Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon of Secret Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil, for sautéing
1 cup onion
1 cup mushrooms
2 tablespoons garlic
Dash of smoked paprika (optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions
Chop garlic and onions and sauté in olive oil until nearly cooked through
Add mushrooms and cook until done
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil
Stir in oats and Habanero Hot Sauce, and then reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, for approx. 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit a few minutes more, if needed, until creamy.
Add salt (and a dash of smoked paprika) to taste.
