Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2–3 hungry humans
Ingredients
1 can corned beef hash (or 2 cups diced potatoes)
2 eggs fried or scrambled (or powdered eggs, if you gotta)
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup any veggies you scrounge up (canned corn, mushrooms, zucchini from the garden)
Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce
Instructions
Cook corned beef hash in a skillet over low heat until crispy on the bottom.
Add diced onion and veggies, cook until softened.
Fry two eggs per serving and plop them on top (a little runny is best!) or scramble eggs separately on the side of the pan, then mix into the hash once cooked.
Finish with a glorious pour of Habanero Hot Sauce. Eat directly from the pan.
