
Serrabanero White Bean Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs) diced
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
3 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup frozen or fresh corn
1 – 2 tablespoons Secret Aardvark Serrabanero Green Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
Add garlic and diced chicken, cooking until no longer pink (about 5 minutes).
Stir in cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Add white beans, green chiles, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in corn and Secret Aardvark Serrabanero Green Hot Sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve with tortilla chips, avocado, or fresh lime wedges.
