
Drunken Garlic Bulgogi Flat Iron Steak

Ingredients
1.5–2 lbs. of flat iron steak
1/4 cup Secret Aardvark Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
2 tablespoons pineapple or orange juice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or mirin (optional for extra brightness)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1–2 teaspoons Secret Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce (for that signature kick)
Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
Pour over flat iron steak in a bag or shallow dish.
Marinate in the fridge for 4–24 hours.
Grill steak over high heat, about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice thin against the grain.
Serve with steamed rice, lettuce wraps, scallions, sesame seeds—or just a cold beer and a smug grin.
