1/2 cup leftover turkey (finely chopped)

1 cup leftover stuffing

2 eggs

1/4 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon Aardvark Reaper Smoked Hot Sauce

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish

Gravy or a maple syrup-balsamic reduction

Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron.

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped turkey, stuffing, eggs, flour, milk, Parmesan cheese, and Aardvark Reaper. Stir until well combined.

Spoon the mixture into the waffle iron, pressing down gently. Close and cook until crispy and golden brown.

Serve with a drizzle of gravy or a tangy maple-balsamic syrup reduction, and garnish with fresh herbs.
