Here’s to Another Year of Giving!
It’s not often that we get serious versus saucy here at Secret Aardvark – but there’s one thing we take 100% seriously: our ability – and we feel, obligation – to pass some of our proceeds on to organizations doing great things in the world. We also believe in paying it forward in our own backyard.
Thus, 3% of our net profits go to (mostly) local Portland, OR-area non-profits in the areas below. Please consider supporting them or organizations like them in your own community.
Environment:
Columbia Riverkeepers provide legal advocacy and community organizing to stop pollution, fight fossil fuels, save salmon, engage communities and clean up Hanford.
Through a unique model of “legal aid for the environment,” Crag provides free and low-cost legal services to people who are working on the front lines to protect our environment, climate, and communities.
For 25 years, Willamette Riverkeeper has proudly served as the eyes, ears, and voice of the Willamette River. Their programs, together with your support, enables them to effectively generate positive change.
Food Security:
Farmers Ending Hunger
The mission of Farmers Ending Hunger is to eliminate hunger in Oregon by increasing the amount of high-quality food available to hungry local communities through a partnership of farmers, food processors, Oregon Food Bank, and the public.
FoodWaves
FoodWaves cultivates food justice and access to healthy food in Clackamas County and the surrounding communities.
Growing Gardens
Growing Gardens uses the experience of growing food in schools, backyards, and correctional facilities to cultivate healthy and equitable communities.

Oregon Food Bank believes food is a basic human right. And they believe that ending hunger requires a clear vision and bold action, with all of us working together.
