Authentic Jamaican BBQ with Drunken Jerk
Ingredients
- Chicken, pork, tofu or shrimp
- ½ bottle Drunken Jerk Sauce
Preparation
Liberally marinate chicken, pork or tofu for 2+hours, shrimp or seafood for 1 hour turning halfway through. Grill over medium high coals until done or just throw it your slow cooker or steel skillet.
Squeeze remaining orange into pot and add ½ bottle Drunken Jerk to the pot.
