INGREDIENTS

125 g (1/2 cup) of milk

110 g (1/2 cup) of mayonnaise

45 g (3 tbsp) of sour cream

5 g (1 tsp) of Secret Aardvark Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce

45 g (1/4 cup) of thinly chopped bell pepper

1 tsp of Asian fish sauce

5 g (1/2 tsp) of Worcestershire sauce

1 small, grated garlic clove

40 g (2 tbsp) of Secret Aardvark Red Scorpion Fiery Hot Sauce

Kosher salt

Pepper

680 g (1 1/2 lb of ground pork) (or 4 plant-based burger patties)

Havarti cheese

Kimchi

Cilantro for garnish

4 hamburger buns

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, whisk together the first 9 ingredients. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

If using meat: Form the ground pork into 2 cm-thick patties; season with salt and pepper, and place them on the grill. If using plant-based burger patties: place them on the grill.

Cook the burgers over moderate heat, for 3 to 4 minutes (or, if using plant-based patties, follow the instructions on the package). Flip, top each with a slice of cheese and cool through, for about 5 minutes. These patties can be cooked in a cast-iron skillet or grill!

Assemble your burger by spreading the sauce on each side of the burger bun. Add the pork patty, a slice of cheese, kimchi, and cilantro.
