INGREDIENTS
1/2 head of cabbage
110 g (1/2 cup) of mayonnaise
15-30 g (1-2 tbsp) of sweet mustard
15-30 g (1-2 tbsp) of Secret Aardvark Reaper Smoked Hot Sauce
4 sausages
4 hot dog buns
INSTRUCTIONS
Thinly slice the cabbage for the slaw.
In a medium size bowl, mix together sliced cabbage, mayonnaise, sweet mustard, and Reaper sauce. Taste and adjust mayo and hot sauce to taste.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Preheat grill.
Grill the sausages.
Prepare your hot dog bun with mayo or any condiment you prefer. Place grilled sausage on bun and scoop a generous heap of Reaper slaw onto dog.
Top with more Reaper sauce and enjoy!
