You could cook without a Scorchin’ Scorpion Spicy Caesar in reach. But why? Whether it’s hair of the dog or just getting your day moving in a fun direction, this is a sting worth waking up to. And if you’re the sober type, keep up the good work and try it without the vodka!

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

120 ml (4 oz) of vodka

240 ml (8 oz) of tomato juice

40 g (2 tbsp) of Aardvark Fiery Scorpion Hot Sauce

40 g (2 tbsp) of Worcestershire Sauce

15 g (1 tbsp) of olive juice

5 g (1 tsp) of horseradish

A dash of smoked paprika

A dash of ground pepper and salt

2 limes or lemons wedges

Salt or cocktail salt for glass rim (optional)

Garnish of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

(Optional) Place cocktail or sea salt on a small plate. Wet the rim of a pint glass with lemon or lime wedge. Press the wetted rim of the glass into the salt.

Add ice to two 12 oz glasses.

Add vodka, tomato juice, Red Scorpion Fiery Hot Sauce, Worcestershire, olive juice, horseradish, and a shake of smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to a shaker and shake until blended (if you don’t have a shaker, just add to the glass and stir well).

Pour into glasses and top off with your favorite garnishes… Let your imagination be your guide!
