Drunken Jerk Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons tahini
  • ¼ cup Drunken Jerk Jamaican Marinade
  • kosher salt

Preparation

In a food processor, puree the chickpeas and garlic with the olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, Drunken Jerk Jamaican Marinade and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl.
